I provide an alternative dispute resolution opportunity. I collaborate with clients to help them address and remove obstacles detracting from their mission, in order to prevent major legal expense and business disruption.
I review the documentation associated with the stalled initiative, meet with each stakeholder to learn their perspectives regarding the ongoing opportunity, identify and define the key challenges to be addressed and facilitate a group meeting dedicated to obtaining a collaborative resolution.
After the group meeting, I can provide the client with a term sheet reflecting the revised partnership terms, a settlement decision or an amended contract if the negotiations involve a third party.
